Please know that we ship out of KCMO. The KCMO USPS distribution center has been consistently behind for quite some time and we will keep this warning up until they bounce back to normal! It seems that on average, they are about a few days behind so please expect all USPS packages to take an extra 3 days or so. In the meantime, please use UPS if possible. UPS is always more consistent and reliable!

USPS hasn't been scanning packages for the past month or so! Although your USPS package has shipped (cutoff time is 12PM ET Mon-Fri), it will likely not show any updates for a few days. It has been common for packages to not scan at all until they either reach the next state over or until the day that they get delivered! If consistent updated tracking is important to you, please use UPS! They always update at every stop and are far more reliable!
